The “Money Back Guarantee” is our guarantee to clients who are motivated and deeply invested in their own success as bookkeepers.

Therefore, to qualify for the Guarantee, you must have taken the following actions in the 60 day period following the date you purchased the product:  

  • complete 100% of the all course curriculum(s) that apply to your purchase, including all required coursework submissions (it is your responsibility to ensure coursework is submitted properly and required submission details are provided for review)*
  • participate in/attend any live components (if your program includes them)
    • attend at least 10 of the 12 accountability calls
    • attend 80% of Zoom calls that are offered
    • demonstrate your willingness to ask questions in Office Hours and/or in the student groups 

Specific to the Earnings Guarantee of the QBO Cleanup Course, all of the above plus the following:

  • successfully complete the Level 2 (formerly Advanced) ProAdvisor Certification
  • be actively marketing yourself as a bookkeeper
  • verify the work you’ve performed to propose work on 3 clients by submitting the loom videos of at least 3 Diagnostic Review Proposals which were sent to prospective clients which do NOT result in annual revenue (not profit) of at least the price paid for the course, whether with one client or several

*The QBO Cleanup Specialist Certification is not required for refund eligibility.

Specific to the QBO ProAdvisor Certifications:

  • We are so confident you will pass the test using our materials, we will give your money back if you don’t. Note that our companion courses are designed to prepare you for the in-course exams, not the test-out exams.
  • The in-course exams allow for unlimited retakes, so just use the self-study course materials as outlined: Watch the videos, follow along in the QuickNotes, do all of the interactive activities, and test your knowledge with the quizzes. Then, take the test. Repeat until you pass. If you are struggling, please contact our support team.

After all of the Money Back Guarantee Requirements are completed successfully and verified by our team, Akadian will provide a 100% refund of the price of the course(s) to you.

As with any successful relationship in business, success requires active and engaged participants. Your part of the guarantee requires daily commitment and effort from you. You must show up, be willing to learn, implement the strategies we teach, and stay open to change and improvement. Our courses are not about quick, short-term wins. They are designed to create sustainable growth. We’re prepared to invest our time, resources, and expertise in you, as long as you’re ready to show up and take the required actions outlined above.

You may cancel your account and give up access to your course, no questions asked, for a full refund within the first 36 hours of purchasing any of our courses.

Please remember, it may take up to 10 business days (2 weeks) for refunds to appear on your credit card on file.

NOTE: Subscriptions are non-refundable, but may be canceled at any time by using your customer portal.  Be sure to sign in using the email address where you receive your billing receipts.
