Cancelations

We understand life happens.

You may cancel your account and give up access to your course, no questions asked, for a full refund of the purchase price within the first 36 hours of purchasing any of our courses.

Within the first 10 days, we will refund any unused portion of the course.

To cancel your account and receive your refund, email us at support@akadian.com. Please remember, it may take up to ten business days or two weeks for refunds to go back to the credit card on file.

All subscriptions and the Getting Clients Cohort are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to cancel the subscriptions at any time in the Customer Hub here: https://fastandeasyqbo.samcart.com/customer_hub/login

NOTE:

  • QBO Gym – You will lose access to all of the QBO Gym, once you cancel and finish out your paid month’s subscription. 
    • You will also lose your progress and will need to complete the exercises again, if you return to a subscription. 
    • You can place a hold on your subscription for $10 per month. You will not have access to the Gym until you return to an active status, but you will keep your progress.  
  • Getting Clients Cohort –  It cannot be canceled, as it is not a subscription. Please see Our Money Back Guarantee for details on how to qualify for a refund.

Refunds

After 10 days, you may still qualify for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Please see Our Money Back Guarantee for details on how to qualify.
  • For the Cleanup Course, you may receive a refund if your cleanup engagements did not result in more profit than you paid for the course. Please see our Earnings Disclaimer for details on how to qualify. 

Coupons

Akadian provides discount coupons to leaders of large groups of accounting professionals, including Facebook groups, YouTube subscribers, Online course participants, etc. If you are a member of such a group, please contact your group leader for the coupon code. We cannot provide you with the code.

If you forget to apply a coupon code, please contact us within 24 hours.

Once a coupon code has been applied, it cannot be changed.
